General
What is your service area?
We serve the greater Kansas City metro area within a 50-mile radius of Olathe, KS. This includes Overland Park, Lenexa, Shawnee, Lee's Summit, Independence, and surrounding communities.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for most events. For peak season (spring through fall) and large events, booking 4-8 weeks ahead ensures the best availability.
Do you deliver and pick up the equipment?
Yes! We offer delivery and pickup services. Setup is included for frame tents. For other items like tables and chairs, we deliver them to your location for you to arrange.
What happens if it rains?
Our tents provide excellent weather protection. For severe weather, we'll work with you to ensure your event goes smoothly and safely.
Can I pick up equipment myself?
Yes, customer pickup is available for select items from our Olathe location. Please contact us for details.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not issue refunds for cancellations, but we will hold your funds as a rain-check valid for 1 year, starting the day after your original event date. Rescheduling is permitted based on equipment availability. Please review our rental policies for complete details.
Booking & Reservations
How do I reserve equipment?
You can reserve equipment by contacting us via phone, email, or our online quote form. We'll confirm availability and send you a rental agreement to review and sign.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, we require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due before delivery.
Can I modify my order after booking?
Yes, you can modify your order up to 7 days before your event, subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.
Delivery & Setup
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver within a 50-mile radius of Olathe, KS. This includes most of the Kansas City metro area in both Kansas and Missouri.
Is setup included?
Setup is included for frame tent rentals. Tables, chairs, and other equipment are delivered for client setup.
When will you deliver?
We typically deliver the day before your event and pick up the day after. Specific delivery windows are scheduled based on your event timeline and our route schedule.
Equipment & Care
What if equipment is damaged?
Minor wear and tear is expected. Significant damage beyond normal use may result in repair or replacement charges. We recommend reviewing our rental agreement for specific terms.
Do I need to clean the equipment?
Light cleaning is appreciated but not required. Please remove food debris and personal items. We handle professional cleaning between rentals.
What if I need more equipment than originally ordered?
Contact us as soon as possible. If additional equipment is available, we can add to your order, though last-minute additions may incur rush fees.
Pricing & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks, and cash. For corporate accounts, we also offer invoice billing.
Do you offer package discounts?
Yes! We offer discounts on bundled equipment packages and for larger orders. Contact us for a custom quote.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Your quote displays all costs based on your requirements. Additional charges only apply if you extend your rental period or damage equipment beyond normal use.
