- Quote requests: When you add equipment to your cart and send your request, we collect your name, email, phone number, event dates, venue or delivery address, the items requested, and any notes. This information is sent to Goodshuffle Pro to prepare your quote.
- Contact form: When you send us a general inquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, event type, event date, event location, guest count (optional), and message. This goes to our staff by email.
- Signing and paying your quote: When you sign and pay your quote, billing details and payment information are collected and processed by Stripe through Goodshuffle Pro. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.
- Automatically collected: When you visit our site, we may collect your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referring URLs. This data is collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your quote requests and provide customer service.
- To process and fulfill your rental orders, including delivery and pickup coordination.
- To send order confirmations, receipts, and important updates about your rental.

Third-Party Services
- Goodshuffle Pro: Our rental management platform. When you send a quote request, your information is stored and processed by Goodshuffle Pro to build your quote, manage your reservation, and coordinate fulfillment.
- Stripe (via Goodshuffle Pro): Payment processing. When you sign and pay your quote, your payment information is handled securely by Stripe through Goodshuffle Pro. We do not store your full card details.
- Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: We use these tools to understand how visitors use our site. They may set cookies and collect anonymized usage data. See Google's privacy policy for details.
- Vercel: Our website is hosted on Vercel. Server logs and request data may be processed by Vercel.
